GOLFER'S ELBOW

Despite the name, you don’t have to be a golfer. This injury is where the muscle and tendon complex on the inside of your elbow become painful. Normally aggravated by lots of gripping activities. Responds very well to massage, ultrasound and stretches.

OLECRANON BURSITIS

A prominent lump found behind your elbow caused by swelling of a bursa. Bursa can be found in many joints in the body. They are fluid filled sacks that reduce the amount of friction between two structures. If this gets inflamed then it is called bursitis. Commonly not painful. Responds well to compression, tubi grip and stretches.

TENNIS ELBOW

Despite the name… You don’t have to be a tennis player. The muscle and tendon complex on the outside of your elbow become painful. Normally aggravated by lots of gripping activities, use of hands or computer mouse work. Responds very well to massage, ultrasound and stretches.
