After seeing the positive effects Pilates had on his chronic back pain Neil trained at the Pilates Institute and furthered his education at CPM education (Pilate’s method alliance certified).
Now fully certified in Pilates Matwork and Equipment Neil has been teaching Pilates for 11 years. Neil works at our dedicated Pilates studio here at Ruislip Physiotherapy as well as teaching staff at Harefield Hospital and The Royal Brompton Hospital Chelsea.
